A programról röviden:
“RESET: Beyond the System” is Smokinya Foundation’s answer to this paradox.
It invites participants to step out of digital noise, reconnect with their values, body, and environment, and rediscover clarity and purpose in their personal and professional lives.
What to expect
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Identify and map the systems they are part of (personal, organizational, societal).
- Recognize patterns of reactivity and practice conscious decision-making.
- Manage their digital habits and practice mindful use of technology.
- Communicate their values and life purpose with clarity.
- Apply systemic tools (such as the 5R Model) in personal and organizational contexts.
- Integrate self-reflection and peer learning as lifelong habits.
