A program rövid leírása:
“Common voices” focuses on personal and social empowerment. We will start with self-care and meeting basic needs. Through active learning and practical guidance we will equip the participants with tools to achieve objectives. As they will give themselves permission to succeed on individual level, they will build a foundation for personal well-being, resilience, and self-sufficiency. Once the basic are established we will move onto collective empowerment within different structures. We will work with direct and indirect power blocks to learn to find the right solutions. In order to enhance individuals’ position within a group we will focus on: awareness and recognition, building social capital, developing agency and voice, collective action and social change. Through creative exercises and games the participants will expand their knowledge and gain practical abilities to navigate daily life-challenges successfully. “Common voices” will enable individuals to grow and flourish. It will also help them find their voice within their communities.
