Szia! My name is Diogo and I am the most recent volunteer in Pécsvárad. I arrived from Portugal and in the next eleven months I will share with you a little of my week and my projects in this new period of my life.
My journey here started in the first week of october and it certainly will be memorable for me. In this first week I got to know the town and most of the places where I will work during this program. Not only the kindergartens where I spent a good time with the children and played with them, but also at primary school where I had the opportunity to develop activities with the kids and teach them English. Beside this, I met many people who were very pleasant and helpful to me.
In general, I really enjoyed this first week and I hope that during my journey here I can achieve all my goals and also be very happy with the Pécsvárad community!
